Football Shirt Friday

Employees at TUI Head Office in Luton got their kit on Friday 17th April in order to raise money for Cancer Research UK. ‘Football Shirt Friday’ was an event created by Cancer Research UK in order to raise awareness about Bowel Cancer, and help to raise money for the Bobby Moore Fund, is committed to beating bowel cancer in memory of the legendary footballer Bobby Moore.

Employees around the business donated £2 in order to wear their football shirts to work. They were also invited to donate and take part in ‘The Ultimate Football Quiz’ in order to win some fab prizes.

Our canteen also got involved by baking and selling football shirt cookies, which could be personalised. All money made from the sales went towards the total amount raised of £813.00. The full time whistle blew in our Dreamliner Lounge, where employees were invited to take part in a team photo.
