You’ll work hard as part of a team in this fast paced and fun role. The cabin crew role sometimes involves late nights, early mornings and weekend work (but don’t worry, we’ll give you plenty of rest time between flights!). Throughout The Flight:
You’ll be creating a fun, memorable experience on board for our customers delivering a consistent and friendly service. The customer will be at the heart of everything you do on board, you’ll need to ensure their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. You’ll let your personality shine through on every flight and with a ‘sales through service’ mind-set, you’ll offer refreshments and duty free items to drive on-board revenue.
You’ll have the tools and ability to solve issues on the spot and leave a great lasting impression with our customers that will keep them coming back to us time and time again.
Landing & Disembarkation:
You’ll ensure the aircraft and our customers are prepared for landing, helping customers to disembark the aircraft safely and efficiently with a lasting positive impression.
