Our Graduate and Placement Programmes are vital in ensuring we develop a pipeline of early talent for our UK & Ireland business. We offer Placement opportunities within our Commercial functions and Graduate opportunities within IT, Finance, Analytics and Commercial Leadership.
Each of our programmes ensures that you will experience an exciting mix of day to day business activities and high profile project work, as well as the opportunity to engage with senior managers in our business. Our Graduate Programmes begin with a comprehensive induction week at our head office, supported by on-going development workshops, training opportunities and support from Buddies and Mentors. As a flavour of the potential development opportunities provided, previous graduate development workshops have included: Project Management, Leadership, Finance for Non Finance Managers, Communicating with Impact, Personal Effectiveness and Emotional Intelligence, as well as the chance to participate in one of our Innovation Lab sessions.
In a business that sells “smiles” and we are looking for candidates who have a positive, can-do attitude and approach, a smiling and friendly personality and a good communication style. Ultimately, as our programmes have already demonstrated, many of our previous graduates are now working in senior leadership roles within the business, and so we are also looking for leadership potential and the ability and ambition to go far, once the programme has ended.
