In a nutshell, what does your job involve?
Responding to After-Travel and Pre-Travel complaints that have been sent to the Directors of TUI. We also work closely with resorts to handle any high-profile or sensitive cases, with the aim of providing a great service to our customers.

Name three things in life that make you smile.
Enjoying time with family and friends, spending time with my son and Chinese food.

While you’ve been working at TUI, what has put the biggest smile on your face?
The people I work with. There is a great sense of teamwork in the office and this means I really enjoy my role.

What could you tell someone about TUI that would sound too good to be true?
Our Complaints department is actually a fun place to work!

Why do you think TUI is ‘good value’ for you?
Because they care about the customer.
