As a Sales Executive for one of our businesses, your main objective will be to sell! This may be through a mixture of telesales, incoming enquiries, site visits, new business leads, online enquiries and third party agents.

Using your passion for our products you’ll maximise every sales opportunity through providing a superior customer experience handling incoming enquiries and generating new business revenue across the full portfolio of products for your business. There will be some opportunities for fast-track sales leadership opportunities and for this your passion for engaging and motivating a sales team will be integral to your success, as well as embracing the use of digital tools to showcase and bring our exciting experiences to life

Opportunities are available in several locations; Brighton, Crawley, High Wycombe, Kingston, Surbiton and Tewkesbury.

We have many smaller functions within our Head Offices covering a wide range of specialities and expertise, too many to mention, but may include Legal, Health & Safety, Sustainable Development, and keeping everything organised behind the scenes, our PA’s.

We also could not be without our Facilities teams who ensure our working environment keeps us smiling and contributes to our energy and efficiency targets.

In a nutshell, what does your job involve?
I work closely with the people that make our customers smile, our fantastic holiday reps. I support them in all matters financial, whether it’s creating their annual budgets, challenging them to deliver initiatives, or tracking performance against targets.

Name three things in life that make you smile.
My wife, my kids and being stretched and challenged at work

While you’ve been working at TUI, what has put the biggest smile on your face?
I was selected to attend a development program called Perspectives in Majorca. This was a privilege and an honour, and I met lots of other great people from our global business.

What could you tell someone about TUI that would sound too good to be true?
At TUI, your career is in your own hands. We get the support to proactively seek out our own career goals, which in itself is very motivational.

Why do you think TUI is ‘good value’ for you?
I have found a company which I’m a good fit for. I feel like I can be myself and that my personal qualities are welcomed and rewarded.

Airline Head Office

The Airline team in Head Office are responsible for continually modernising our airline service to meet and exceed our customers needs together with keeping our crew and airline on track 24 hours a day – seven days a week.

In the Customer Service team, this means a wide variety of roles and projects covering product and service development, airport service delivery and compliance, in-flight product and cabin service delivery.

Within the Operations area, our dedicated team of experts are responsible for the safe, efficient and customer focused operation of our aeroplanes 24/7 and the initial and ongoing training of all our pilots and cabin crew in our three UK training centres.

The majority of roles are based in our Luton office, with some based in the regional airports around the UK.

TUI Group Purchasing is instrumental to the success of TUI Group, which on annual basis will enter into more than 15,000 accommodation contracts within destinations generating over €5 billion in turnover for our hotel partners. Our Product & Purchasing team supports fourteen tour operator source markets giving a true international culture to working whilst providing our customers with the best holiday experiences. We believe that the key to such success is having the best and most professional teams who are aligned to the vision of our business.

Overall, our mission is to procure, create and deliver innovative international differentiated products at speed across all of the markets we operate within. Under our umbrella brand TUI we focus on the international hotel brands TUI SENSIMAR, TUI SENSATORI and TUI FAMILY LIFE  as well as TUI BLUE, TUI MAGIC LIFE, ROBINSON, and RIU.

Continuing to build our function we are moving from operating as a set of largely independent source markets with common management of procurement towards a more global, integrated function accelerating the delivery of our ambitious growth plans.
