And as well as funding your CIMA qualification, we’ll provide you with BPP tuition, study materials and additional study leave – so you’ll have all the encouragement and incentive you need to excel.

IT qualifications in addition to on-the-job learning will create a strong foundation for your career at TUI.

Your line manager will help and guide you throughout your programme and your task managers within each placement will ensure your potential is stretched. You’ll have a buddy from a previous graduate intake to ease you into life at TUI, as well as access to a mentor.

You’ll have access to a number of training courses which will equip you with IT specific skills and capabilities, in the past these have included: ITIL, BCS Business Analysis, PRINCE2/APM, Comptia Security+.

All graduates receive tailored personal development courses, where, for two weeks of the year you have access to external and internal experts providing seminars in the TUI offices on Leadership, Negotiation and Communication to name a few.

You will also benefit from a graduate induction week where you will meet senior leaders and get to know the rest of the business; following this you will full immerse yourself in the world of IT with an IT Bootcamp induction.

Alongside your four placements,

you’ll attend a number of development workshops and work on a collaborative project. While we expect you to immerse yourself from the start, we’ll support you all the way. With a formal one-week induction and a graduate buddy, you’ll quickly settle in. You’ll also receive guidance from a mentor and a personal development plan, as well as a host of internal learning resources such as quarterly training sessions, e-learning, and one-to-one coaching.

Almost nothing can beat the experience you’ll gain from your assignments.

However as a future leader, we need to make sure you’re equipped with the tools you’ll need to succeed. You’ll attend four week-long workshops that cover everything from ‘Presenting with Impact’, to ‘Finance’, ‘Leadership Essentials’ and ‘Product Development and Innovation’.
