Our Chalet product is about creating a home from home where our customers can relax and unwind after their day out in the mountains. To work within our Chalet Team, you need to have a good level of cooking ability, a genuine passion for service and the willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty for our customers, always looking for opportunities to make their experience that little bit more special and unique. The environment is very close knit meaning you could be living and working within the same chalet as your guests and colleagues so you need to be welcoming, friendly and approachable at all times. Within our management teams you will be responsible for driving our chalet teams to achieve the best customer service levels, ensure collaborative working and ensure that our chalets are remaining within budget, as within all of our teams and programs the opportunities to develop and progress within the company are extensive.
As part of the chalet team you will be running a chalet to provide our customers with a high quality menu (breakfast, afternoon tea and evening dinner) in a clean, hygienic and comfortable ‘home from home’ environment in which they feel relaxed and have an outstanding holiday.
The chalets we operate vary in size; whilst our many smaller chalets are single person chalets, our larger chalets require working in a team of two or even up to five. Whichever the size of chalet you work in, you’ll need to be sociable and confident; we’re keen for you to get to know your customers.
As well as supervising and organising the Chalet Team, you’ll be hands-on in providing our customers with a high quality weekly menu in a clean, hygienic and comfortable ‘home from home’ environment in which they feel relaxed and can enjoy their holiday.
You’ll need to be naturally sociable and a team player driven to instil high standards and outstanding service as well as excellent food as we expect you to meet/exceed customer satisfaction, sales and budget targets.
