Resort Chalet Supervisor, Val Thorens, France
As Chalet Resort Supervisor my main job is to help maintain standards and keep things running smoothly in the chalets. I spend a lot of time working alongside the Chalet Manager and Chalet Hosts but also working closely with the rep team ensues the whole resort runs perfectly. Some of my key tasks include accepting and splitting deliveries, detailed stock takes and being on the end of the phone to help with any of the Chalet Hosts questions. Another large part of my role is completing checks on the chalets to make sure our customers are receiving the best service we can provide. I have to be confident with customer service, admin and paper work and I have to stick to various deadlines so that other departments within the company receive information they need.
Working overseas means I get to work and socialise in a completely different environment to home and get to use my skills and strengths to ensure our customers have a brilliant holiday. It is a fantastic lifestyle and I love learning different languages and ways of living, for me it is a job that no other can come close to.
