As the main point of contact for our guests, our Ski Reps play a vital role in creating rapports with both guests and suppliers. From the first pre-departure call to the guest’s arrival back home, they ensure the smooth running of every holiday.
Our Ski Reps need to be on the ball at all times, anticipating the requirements of all our guests. Day-to-day duties vary but generally include tasks such as organising equipment and lift passes, booking activities or restaurants giving advice on the best places to ski, liaising with the team in the UK or assisting with resolving any issues that may arise.
They are also in the best position to let everyone know what’s going on in resort, building excitement for past, current and future guests of the chalet. This may be through regular tweets on the chalets twitter account or writing a blog for the Flexiski website; Ski Reps keep us updated with all that’s happening (and often make us all jealous with their pictures of snow!).
