Holiday Advisor – Lakes & Mountains

The Holiday Advisor service makes you central to delivering our customers’ an outstanding holiday experience. From their arrival at the airport your role is to ensure our Thomson Lakes & Mountains customers get the maximum from their holiday by providing them with high quality information, products and services.

Our management teams ensure that we have an excellent support structure and efficient training for all staff and ensure that not only are our customers having a great time but that our staff have a great season and want to come back year after year. As well as a responsible, professional attitude, you’ll need to have a clear head under pressure, and the flexibility to work varied hours. We’ll be looking for some relevant customer service experience. You will enjoy change and challenges; taking opportunities to assist with international incidents and emergencies day and night, but regardless you will always go that extra mile. Your desire to achieve will lead you to exceed all company, service and sales targets. Responsibilities also include the guiding of some excursions (depending on resort), accurate weekly accounting and compliance with all procedures.

Day to day your duties will include holding ‘Welcome Walkabouts’, welcoming and seeing off customers at the airport, visiting hotels, problem solving, using Twitter and accounts. Each of our Holiday Advisors is provided with an iPad to aid you in providing the best possible customer service.

We offer a wide range of resorts across Europe to suit all of our customer’s needs meaning we can provide you with a variety of places to spend your summer season with very different challenges and rewards. Whether you want to take on more responsibility working in a sole rep resort or be part of a larger team we’ll have the perfect resort to suit you.
