If you’ve got fantastic leadership skills and have a passion for cooking both traditional and exciting French meals, then we want to hear from you! At the Chateau du molay you will have the opportunity to lead a small kitchen team that will produce over 60,000 quality meals during the season. You’ll also work closely with 3 commis chefs to produce dishes to be proud of. As part of your role as being the Head Chef, you’ll also get to utilise your own skills and knowledge to help develop our kitchen staff into confident chefs.
Being a Commis chef with us at the Chateau is truly a great way to kick start your career in the catering industry. While cooking for high volumes each dish you create will be to the highest standards to ensure our guests enjoy every meal we provide. You will also have a chance to cook for staff once a month and show off your cooking skills and get creative. While working at the Chateau you will work alongside an experienced head chef who will help you develop and expand your knowledge and experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
