Analytics Graduate Programme – FAQs

What do I need to be eligible for the scheme?

You need at least a 2:1 degree or equivalent in any STEM related subject (achieved or expected).

When does the Graduate Programme start and how long does it last?

This programme will start in September 2020. During the two-year programme, you’ll have the invaluable opportunity to rotate around three of our core Analytics and Data Science teams: Digital Analytics, Commercial Analytics and Customer Analytics

Is there a deadline for applications?

Though we do not have a conclusive closing date, we encourage prospective candidates to apply as soon as possible.

Will I be given feedback if my application is unsuccessful?

Unfortunately due to the high number of applications we receive, we are not able to provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates after application screening, the video introduction, online assessment and telephone interview stage. However, we will provide individual feedback to all candidates who attend one of our assessment centres.

Where will I be based?

Analytics graduates will be required to work at our head office in Luton (Wigmore House)

What support will I get during my scheme?

You’ll be supported by your line manager, mentor, fellow graduates, and our senior stakeholders within the business.

What happens when the Graduate Programme is over?

When you join our Analytics and Data Science Graduate Programme, you’ll be joining TUI as a permanent colleague – moving into a role with one of the teams you’ve worked with during the programme once you’ve finished your rotations.
