Is there a deadline for applications?
Yes. We have two entry dates each year. Our closing dates are 31st March for the September intake and 30th September for the March/April intake.
Which nationalities are invited to apply?
All nationalities are welcome to apply. The Graduate Programme is open to graduates from around the world. We are very keen to build a strong and diverse team. If required, TUI Group is happy to support you in your work/ residence permit application.
Will I be given feedback if my application is unsuccessful?
Unfortunately due to the high number of applications we receive, we are not able to provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates after application screening, the SWOT analysis, online assessment and telephone interview stage. However, we will provide individual feedback to all candidates who attend one of our assessment centres.
Can I customise my own Graduate Programme?
The Programme is designed to provide you with appropriate experience to be a successful commercial leader in our business. Each assignment is determined by both the business priorities and your personal development needs which is why it looks slightly different for each graduate – a truly tailor-made Graduate Programme.
Where will I be based?
Our graduates are required to be highly flexible and internationally mobile.
Most of your assignments will be based in one of our European businesses. For the Tour Rep assignment you will spend two to three weeks in one of our main holiday destinations.
Who organises the accommodation for each assignment?
We expect our graduates to look for accommodation themselves, but we will support you in your search. Graduates also help each other with accommodation in countries they have worked in.
What happens when the Graduate Programme is over?
Our objective is to develop future commercial leaders for roles in TUI Group. Assuming that you receive excellent feedback from your assignments, there will be many opportunities open to you upon completion of the programme. The personal network you established will be beneficial in finding a suitable role within the Business and you will get support in your job search.
At the end of the programme, previous graduates have taken permanent roles in commercial areas like Product, Purchasing, Pricing, Distribution, Business Development and Key Account Management, to mention a few.
