Airline Head Office
The Airline team in Head Office are responsible for continually modernising our airline service to meet and exceed our customers needs together with keeping our crew and airline on track 24 hours a day – seven days a week.
In the Customer Service team, this means a wide variety of roles and projects covering product and service development, airport service delivery and compliance, in-flight product and cabin service delivery.
Within the Operations area, our dedicated team of experts are responsible for the safe, efficient and customer focused operation of our aeroplanes 24/7 and the initial and ongoing training of all our pilots and cabin crew in our three UK training centres.
The majority of roles are based in our Luton office, with some based in the regional airports around the UK.
