The reps service makes you central to delivering our customers’ outstanding holiday experience. From their arrival at the airport your role is to ensure our Crystal Ski customers get the maximum from their holiday by providing them with high quality information, products and services. You’ll also be problem solving so that their holidays go without a hitch.
We offer a wide and varied range of resorts across Europe and North America to suit all of our customer’s needs so we can provide you with a variety of types of Resort Rep experience with very different challenges and rewards. Whether you want to take on more responsibility working in a sole rep resort or be part of a larger team we’ll have the perfect resort to suit you. Over 95% of our winter positions are in Europe with a small staff in North America.
If you prefer a mix of administrative responsibilities and customer facing, the Admin Rep role could be ideal for you. As an Admin Rep you would be part of a large resort team, supporting the Resort Reps and Resort Manager in the day to day admin, accounts and also social media. Arrival and departure day is the busiest day of the week and your role would take on the same responsibilities as a Resort Rep at the weekend providing our customers with high quality information, product and services, ensuring their holiday goes without a hitch.
Resort Accounts Assistant
You will be carrying out and checking multiple accounting tasks such as resort accounts processes, invoice reconciliations, cash book balancing and resolving discrepancies. You will also assist with the training of resort staff on detailed accounts processes, both at the beginning of the season and on a continuing basis.
It is crucial you are a strong communicator both in person and over the phone, and are keen to offer guidance when required. You have a keen eye for detail especially with numerical issues and you have a logical and methodical way of thinking when investigating problems. You are self-motivated, able to make decisions and to multi-task effectively whilst meeting deadlines.
Service Delivery Team Leader
You’ll be managing, organising, training and developing the Reps Team to provide our customers with an outstanding in-resort holiday including the provision of high quality information, products and services as you’ll need to meet/exceed customer satisfaction, sales and operational budget targets.
You’ll need to be a sociable team player driven to instill high standards and outstanding service. Strong organisational skills are a must as you will be responsible for all resort operations. Larger resort teams will have a Reps Supervisor who will assist with the running of the Reps Team.
