The Senior PPC Executive plays a key role in managing the performance of the paid search marketing channels to achieve significant business growth for TUI brands in the UK (TUI, First Choice and Falcon) as well as leading the overall strategy created by the PPC manager. PPC is the largest area of the online marketing team, so this role will make a significant impact to the performance of our websites.
You will work within a team of performance marketing specialists whose objective is to deliver the overall digital marketing strategy and ensure our marketing performance and technology stack are best in class to achieve our objectives.Search marketing for the travel industry is growing increasingly sophisticated and diverse and this role is central to driving the best performance of our paid search marketing.

As a Senior PPC Executive you will be responsible for managing, on a day to day basis, the performance of the paid search accounts. You will work with your line manager and line report to proactively drive improved performance of our PPC campaigns for one of the biggest travel brands in the UK.
You will have shared responsibility for over £35m of marketing investment and will decide where the budget is allocated based on business needs and KPI’s.You will have a key role working with internal teams to manage the effectiveness of our budgets to ensure we achieve business targets and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
You will have management responsibility for automating our campaign management activities. Furthermore, you get the freedom to set up and roll out new experiments to grow our bookings and make PPC activities more efficient. This role will be the focal point of managing both internal and external relationships.
You will be expected to lead the account development plan and ensure key projects are on track. This role will also require hands on work on PPC accounts within AdWords and Bing where in conjunction with your line manager you will work on communicating successes and trends within PPC to the wider business. You will also have a direct report to coach and manage, therefore leadership qualities are a key part of this role.
