Our Contact Centre team in our head office building in Surbiton are key to everything we do. We want people that have a passion for delivering service and results, and understand how much having a great holiday means to our customers.
Join us and you’ll work closely with every part of the business, and be part of a team that puts the customer at the heart of everything we do. What do we do? We have roles in both sales and service that involve handling a variety of enquiries, via emails, telephone calls, letters, live chat and comments on social media supporting customers throughout their booking journey with us.
And of course it helps to visit the amazing places we sell. We’ll get you out to experience the holidays that mean so much to our customers, and let you see what a great product we sell. We all deserve some smiles along the way, a fun and enthusiastic approach helps bring our products and service to life.
Surbiton is great place to work too. It’s easy to get to – 20 minutes train from London Waterloo, 12 minutes from Clapham Junction and within 10 miles of junction 9 and 10 of the M25. It’s located on the river with plenty of green spaces and there are pubs, cafes and restaurants as well as shops. And we’re also a social bunch – we’re not shy when it comes to after work socialising.
