In a nutshell, what does your job involve?
Responding to After-Travel and Pre-Travel complaints that have been sent to the Directors of TUI. We also work closely with resorts to handle any high-profile or sensitive cases, with the aim of providing a great service to our customers.

Name three things in life that make you smile.
Enjoying time with family and friends, spending time with my son and Chinese food.

While you’ve been working at TUI, what has put the biggest smile on your face?
The people I work with. There is a great sense of teamwork in the office and this means I really enjoy my role.

What could you tell someone about TUI that would sound too good to be true?
Our Complaints department is actually a fun place to work!

Why do you think TUI is ‘good value’ for you?
Because they care about the customer.



The head office for TUI UK & Ireland is based at Wigmore House in Luton. It is a busy and thriving location with over 1000 people based here.

Conveniently located, Wigmore House is only 35 minutes from London St. Pancras and a 10 minute drive from Junction 10 of the M1. A free bus runs regularly throughout the day between Luton Parkway train station and Wigmore House. There is very  limited parking available so we recommend car sharing or using public transport and taking the free shuttle bus from the station.

The office benefits from a spacious open-plan design with a glass atrium. There are various break out areas with a private library for employees with a reading area can be found on the 1st floor.

As part of our continued commitment to sustainability, we have recycling points throughout the building as well as motion activated lights. We also use follow me printing, to reduce wasted paper. TUI runs a liftshare programme, to encourage sharing of car journeys to and from work, which not only saves money but also eases the impact of peak time traffic on the local community.

Onsite there is a restaurant, deli bar and coffee shop serving food and drinks throughout the day. Within the kitchen areas, found on each floor, complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate are available.

And, we’ll give you all the training you need to be fully equipped to take your first call. To be successful in one of our call centre jobs, all you have to bring is a friendly, reassuring voice, a great attitude, close attention to detail, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.
