Our Promise

We’re committed to furthering your learning and development wherever and whenever we can.

After all – the better you perform, the better we perform. Through our dedicated Training and Development team, you can access learning choices, support and encouragement throughout your entire career. And to make sure you’re on track, we’ll offer regular performance reviews and development plans to help you go far.

The one thing we ask is that you work to our three ‘behaviours’. These three actions will help you excel in your role; help drive high performance; and summarise the way we want our people to work. They are:

  • Engaging people
  • Delivering results
  • Shaping the future.

If you feel you need to develop these behaviours, take a look at the learning resources available via the IMD CLN virtual learning service.
