TUI Finance Graduate Programme

TUI IT Graduate Programme
This is an opportunity to join a rotational IT Graduate Programme which offers a 360˚view of IT with insights into commercial business areas including the all-important overseas placement allowing you to experience our customer’s journey.
As a graduate you will have the chance to work with senior stakeholders across all of your rotation. You will also have the opportunity to present your ideas to a member of the TUI board as part of a cross-functional graduate project.
What We Are Looking For
- A BSc (or MSc) degree in a STEM subject
- A predicted or achieved grade of 2:1
- An innovative & entrepreneurial mind set
- You have an interest in development practices and like to keep up to date with the wider tech industry
- Basic technical understanding/knowledge of IT Engineering (coding, testing etc.) would be advantageous.
International Graduate Leadership Programme – Commercial

What you can look forward to
You will complete on a series of three to five month assignments to build your experience across our different businesses. You can expect an exciting mix of day-to-day business and project work that’s guaranteed to fire your passion for TUI Group.
You’ll be liaising with senior managers in different locations around the world. What’s more, during the 8 weeks leadership assignment you are gaining leadership experience for a small team of tour representatives in one of our holiday destinations.
What we are looking for in you
You’ll bring a good degree from a university or a business school, ideally in Business Administration, International Management or Economics. Plus, you’ll have graduated in the last two years or by the start of the programme.
With English language skills to business standard and at least one additional European language (additional German would be an asset) you will bring the flexibility to be internationally mobile. As well as three months’ international experience (work experience, internship or study), you will also have six months’ commercial work experience.
With your innovative and adaptable approach, as well as your excellent customer focus and strong anayltical and communication skills you’re suitable for working in a fast-paced environment.
In return, you can expect a competitive salary of €38,000 per annum, 30 days’ holiday, travel discounts and concessions plus financial support whilst you’re on assignment (rental allowance, cost of living allowance, etc.)
