uk-grad – training and development

Alongside your four placements,

you’ll attend a number of development workshops and work on a collaborative project. While we expect you to immerse yourself from the start, we’ll support you all the way. With a formal one-week induction and a graduate buddy, you’ll quickly settle in. You’ll also receive guidance from a mentor and a personal development plan, as well as a host of internal learning resources such as quarterly training sessions, e-learning, and one-to-one coaching.

As well as a competitive salary of 36.400 € per annum, you can expect a generous benefits package including a Christmas bonus, 25 days’ holiday, travel discounts and concessions plus financial support whilst you’re on assignment (rental allowance, cost of living allowance, etc.).
