Catering Team – Chefs

The Head Chef, along with the team of Commis Chefs are responsible for serving a nutritious and filling menu for our hungry guests. The planning, budget, ordering and of course, the preparation and service of food together with maintaining high levels of hygiene, safety and cleanliness in the kitchen is key.

The Hotel Management team ensure the profitable day-to-day running of the hotel, motivating the team and ensuring company standards are adhered to.

If you have hospitality management experience and are looking to transfer your skills over to the Alps this summer or Winter then we have a number of roles available to suit your skill set and experience level. Whether you start as a Housekeeping Supervisor, Assistant Hotel Manager or a Hotel Manager you will have the opportunity to lead, motivate and inspire your team to provide exceptional service to our customers and maintain service levels. You also have the opportunity to develop yourself through our in-house development program, meaning that you are always learning new skills and working towards your career goals whilst being supported by our senior management teams.




To work within our Hospitality team, you need to have a genuine passion for customer service, working with children and the willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty for our customers, always looking for opportunities to make their experience that little bit more special and unique.

General Assistants work in the hotel restaurant, bedrooms and public areas, providing high standards of cleanliness and service at all times. It may also be necessary to work in other areas of the hotel i.e. bar and kitchen.

Kitchen Porter/Night Porter, a dual role, involving washing up after each meal and ensuring that the kitchen is left in an immaculate and hygienic state together with ensuring the safety and security of the hotel guests and the building itself throughout the night.

Working within our Operation’s Team gives you the opportunity to provide our customers with excellent customer service and advice in order to ensure that customer’s expectations are exceeded, financial and service targets are achieved and repeat business is generated.

You will play a vital part in ensuring that our schools go home happy and that they leave with heightened memories of their time with us in the mountains.

We have a hotel program which is based in the French Alps within some well-known resorts such as Les Menuires in the world famous 3 Vallees ski area, Serre Chevalier and one of the biggest French resorts of Alp d’Huez. All our resorts offer something different, from traditional French charm to lively and well established, our hotels offer a relaxed and social atmosphere to ensure that groups receive a friendly, fun, value for money holiday.

We are looking for hard working people who have a genuine love for the Alpine environment and who are committed to providing excellent customer service at all times to our valued customers.
