Our office teams provide an essential administrative service for our in resort teams ensuring that all of our staff have the tools and information they need to provide our customers with everything they need on their holiday. Our offices are fast paced and vibrant, we have a great team spirit and the ability to keep your cool and be proactive when things don’t go to plan is vital.
As an Operations Executive you are central to ensuring our customers have outstanding holidays as you will be providing the essential operational support to our customer facing resort based teams. You will be co-ordinating, monitoring and delivering day-to-day operational functions to keep the Country Office and overseas operation running efficiently.
You will take responsibility and be the primary contact for specific operational area(s) (phones, staff accommodation, customer facing materials, customer service admin, vehicles, properties, reservations) as allocated by the Office Operations Manager. Exact duties will vary with the area of responsibility.
Hours of work may be on a shift basis. Arrival and departure days will involve early starts and late finishes due to flight times. Although primarily office based you will be working at an airport on transfer day and may be required to make resort visits as part of your duties.
