As well as supervising and organising, you will be very hands-on in delivering the Holiday Advisor service which is central to our customers’ outstanding holiday experience. You’ll be ensuring our customers get the maximum from their holiday as the Advisor Team will need to provide them with high quality information, products and services as you’ll have to meet/exceed customer satisfaction, sales and budget targets.
You’ll need to be naturally sociable and a team player driven to instil high standards and outstanding service from the Reps Team so that our customer’s holidays go without a hitch.
The Reps Supervisor is a customer facing role and works alongside a Resort Manager in our larger team resorts.
You’ll be managing, organising, training and developing the Resort Team to provide our customers with an outstanding in-resort holiday including the provision of high quality information, products and services as you’ll need to meet/exceed customer satisfaction, sales and operational budget targets.
You’ll need to be a sociable team player driven to instill high standards and outstanding service. Strong organisational skills are a must as you will be responsible for all resort operations. Larger resort teams will have a Reps Supervisor who will assist with the running of the Resort Team.
