My job involves booking large party size ski holidays for groups over 10 or more as well as groups that have a disability and require special assistance when overseas.
Tell us a little bit about your back ground? When did you start working for Crystal?
I studied a business studies diploma at college and had a position at Bournemouth university to study marketing in September. However, a family friend suggested working for Crystal in the sales department during the peak period as it would give me some time to think about what I really wanted to in the future as I was still unsure.
I had a passion for skiing anyway so that helped however since starting with Crystal in September I have enjoyed every minute and I loved the role so much I decided to go for a permanent position so I can stay with the business all throughout the year.
What do you enjoy most about working at Crystal Contact Centre?
The thing I enjoy most about working for Crystal is how much my knowledge has grown within the ski industry learning about the different countries, resorts and effort that all goes into a ski holiday and I have found my love for skiing has just grown and potentially sometime in the future I would love to do a ski season with Crystal and be able to work overseas.
The role has also given me so many opportunities such as being able to visit Crystal’s very own resorts and accommodations, meet new people and grow my experience within the working world.
