Working in the Crystal Contact Centre

We work hard to make sure our customers can easily choose, book and experience the best possible ski holiday for them.

As a member of our Contact Centre team you’ll be working to a roster that’s based around our core opening hours – on a monthly basis, you’re likely to have some early starts, late finishes and weekend shifts. Flexibility is essential to providing the high levels of service our customers expect, so while you’ll always receive your roster in advance, we’ll need you to be adaptable and cooperative.

  • Be aged 16 or over

  • Eligible to live and work in the UK & Ireland

  • Hold a valid National Insurance Number or able to obtain one prior to being offered a written contract

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written

  • Reasonable mathematical ability

  • Confident to work with customers over the telephone

  • Flexible to work shifts across a 7-day working week
