Do I need to upload a CV with my online application form?

For this role, you will be able to upload a CV as part of your online application, however this is not a requirement and you can choose not to upload a CV as part of your online application form. There will be a “free text” segment within the application for you to tell us about why you feel you’d be a good fit for the role, and the skills & experience you feel are relevant.

How do I apply?

Our Contact Centre roles are advertised on our careers website ( where you will be able to view the full job description and apply for the role.

What does the recruitment process involve?

An online application form with optional CV upload, should this be successfully screened then you will be invited to attend a short telephone screening call.  Should you be successful at telephone screening then we would invite you to attend an Interview at our Swansea Contact Centre.

How long do I have to wait for an update on my application?

Please allow 10 working days for an update on your application at each of the above three stages.

Can I request feedback if I am unsuccessful after my online application or telephone screening call?

Unfortunately, due to the volume of applications we receive, we are unable to provide feedback at these stages.

If I am unsuccessful at any stage, when can I re-apply?

If you are unsuccessful for a role then you will be able to reapply for the same role in 6 months time.
