I am a Customer Service Advisor my role is answering calls from both our customers and Travel Advisors from our Retail Estate, relating to queries from our customers before they travel on their TUI Holiday.
I started off working in the Welfare department, I was supporting customers with specific welfare needs the requests, these may include adding a wheelchair onto a booking or sharing allergy information with our cabin crew and resorts teams. Customer’s well-being is our first priority and helping to take care of these things will ensure that they have a brilliant holiday!
Tell us a little bit about your back ground? When did you start working for The Swansea Contact Centre?
I started working in the Swansea Contact Centre at the end of April & I have worked in many call centres before TUI but none like TUI! TUI has a really nice relaxed atmosphere – don’t get me wrong, relaxed doesn’t mean no work gets done! Everyone works exceptionally hard to ensure our customers have the best service possible. Also everyone works really well together and all my colleagues have been and continue to be really helpful with any queries I have had as a new starter. I feel everyone is always happy to help.
What do you enjoy most about working at the Contact Centre?
I like the relaxed atmosphere, the community feel about working for TUI and the support you get off your fellow colleague’s. The management team are always happy to help with any queries or questions.
I enjoy helping our customers discover their smile as part of the pre-travel team, and am excited to join the flight delay team to take on new challenges.
Name three things in life that makes you smile?
I enjoy travelling and seeing new places, my favourite place to visit is the Caribbean as I love the weather and enjoy scuba diving.
I enjoy socialising with my friends and colleagues.
I also enjoy drinking tea as long as its Glengettie – the best artisan Welsh tea around!!
