Analytics Graduate Programme – FAQs
What do I need to be eligible for the scheme?
You need at least a 2:1 degree or equivalent in any STEM related subject (achieved or expected).
When does the Graduate Programme start and how long does it last?
This programme will start in September 2018. You will join a 2 year rotational programme, comprised of an 8 month assignment in each of the analytics teams. Your assignment will consist of a mix of project work on key initiatives and supporting the teams in using a range of leading systems to optimise the customer experience and profitability.
Is there a deadline for applications?
Though we do not have a conclusive closing date, we encourage prospective candidates to apply as soon as possible.
Will I be given feedback if my application is unsuccessful?
Unfortunately due to the high number of applications we receive, we are not able to provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates after application screening, the video introduction, online assessment and telephone interview stage. However, we will provide individual feedback to all candidates who attend one of our assessment centres.
Where will I be based?
Analytics graduates will be required to work at our head office in Luton (Wigmore House)
What support will I get during my scheme?
You’ll be supported by your line manager, mentor, fellow graduates, and our senior stakeholders within the business.
What happens when the Graduate Programme is over?
Our objective is to develop future graduates for roles in TUI Group. Assuming that you receive excellent feedback from your assignments, there will be many opportunities open to you upon completion of the programme. The personal network you established will be beneficial in finding a suitable role within the Business and you will get support in your job search.
At the end of the programme, previous graduates have taken permanent roles within our Digital, Customer and Commercial analytics teams.
