We have two annual entry dates in September and March. To find our future International Graduates, we’ve developed a multi-stage selection procedure.
The first stage – Online Application
Apply online via our website. This will include uploading your CV and answering a series of questions. We will aim to respond to all applications within 2-4 weeks.
The second stage – Online Test
If you meet the criteria, we will ask you to complete an online numerical test which will assess your ability to analyse business-related information. The online assignment takes 20 minutes.
The third stage – Video Introduction
If successful you’ll be asked to upload a Video Introduction of yourself telling us more about your motivation and your personality. We will provide you all the necessary links to our online platform where you can record your videos.
The fourth stage – Telephone Interview
Candidates who have successfully completed the online tests will be invited to take part in a telephone interview with a member of our Recruitment team. In this interview we would like to gain an understanding of your motivation for the application. You will also be asked competency-based questions.
The final stage – Assessment Days
If you pass the telephone interview, you will be invited to join us for our unique assessment centre in Luton or Hanover. We will spend 1 ½ days getting to know each other. The assessment days, including a number of one-to-one and group-based activities, will give you the chance to demonstrate your skills. You will also have the opportunity to meet some of our current graduates, to find out more about us, our culture, our organisation and our International Graduate Programme. Within a few days of the assessment centre, we will provide you with a detailed feedback by phone of your assessment day performance and notify you on whether you’ve been successful.
