Customer Insights and Analytics

Our campaign and customer analysts must have an in-depth understanding of statistical methods such as linear and logistic regression, k-means clustering, survival modelling and random forest / decision trees.  They should be proficient in languages such as R, Python or SQL and comfortable working with large volumes of data using open source tools and others such as Alteryx or Tableau.

Our insight specialists must have experience in a range of research methodologies across quant and qual, and be proficient at synthesising disparate sources of information or data into a set of business recommendations.  A natural interest in problem-solving is essential.

All members of the team must have well developed stakeholder management and excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as commercial awareness, as these are key to unlocking the potential within our customer data.


Digital Analytics

Our Digital Analytics teams have an exciting road map ahead.  Do you have experience in Digital or Web Analytics?  We would be keen to hear from you if you have strong stakeholder management skills where you can demonstrate the ability to educate and drive change along with experience using the following tools: Adobe Analytics (Sitecatalyst), Google Analytics, or Conversion Analytics.


Data Science and Commercial Analytics

We are looking for people who have a passion for data, people who are relentlessly curious about that data and the business process behind it. Organised, structure and a logical thinker you’ll have a methodical ,clear approach to solving business problems through analytics/data science techniques  in order to deliver business benefit.  You will have familiarity and experience using techniques such as statistics, machine learning and optimisation where you will have used a wide range of technologies e.g. Spark, Python, R, Scala, SQL.  Experience using AWS or other cloud technologies would be also be an advantage.
